12 May (Sun): Coachlight RV Park near Carthage, MO, to Sunday. Today’s 172-mile run fell in 35 - 40 mile segments as we still had to periodically stop to re-pressurize our air system for suspension and brakes. We streamlined the workaround we devised such that the stops were shortened and we will spend time this week sleuthing out a true fix with the help of a systems engineer who will call us in the morning. En route Nancy enjoyed her Mother’s Day meal at the Flying J in Tulsa - ah!, life on the road. |

Wow, been awhile since we put ourselves on the map! We are now in Lancaster Penn at the Circle M Thousand Trails RV Park where we will be working until late fall. This is a beautiful Park with 2 pools, an indoor waterpark, covered putt-putt golf and more. From what we’ve heard WE WILL be busy so we’re trying to get everything (office, flyers, paperwork and files) ready for the rush. Looking forward to it! We’ve been advised to take our days off so we’ll be visiting the many Amish areas Mon & Tues. HUGS!!!! |
