19 Apr (Sat): Two Springs RV Resort, N. Palm Springs, CA, until 30 April after a smooth 297-mile run with Nancy at the helm for 161 miles. Skirting the Salton Sea we were 227 below sea level and Time Bandit (our bus/house) turned 194,000 miles, typically purring like the kitten she is as the odometer rolled over. Several nice hikes are on tap in nearby Joshua Tree National Park, from atop 10,834’ San Jacinto Mountain (reached by a spectacular tram ride) and in a palm tree lined canyon on Indian land.
