A short stay in Zion NP, since we liked to be ahead of the expected snowstorm on our route to Capitol Reef NP. We skipped -high elevation- Bryce NP this time because we didn’t fancy the idea of getting stuck in the snow. In Zion we strolled part of the Riverside Walk and hiked from the Grotto to Emerald Pools.
Wednesday morning we left and drove the better part of the day to Capitol Reef NP with a short stops in East Zion NP and Panguitch. We’re now in Fruita Historic district one of our favorite places.
